Return, Refund & Cancellation
- We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Note: All swimwear, bodysuits are final sale and non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.Please allow ANOOSY 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- ANOOSY will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- You can request a return by contacting us via email or through your ANOOSY account.To log in, simply enter the email you used during the purchase process, and you will receive an email with the login code.
- Cancellation: ANOOSY accepts order cancellations before items are shipped or produced, or within 24 hours of purchase completion. You are able to submit a cancellation request by contacting us via email at Info@anoosy.com. ANOOSY will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your ANOOSY Balance within 3 business days. Anyway, ANOOSY will refuse your request if the items are already shipped out.
- ANOOSY guarantees that if shipments are delayed beyond 20 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the amount.
